1st .- Leonardo DiCaprio

He was an actor revelation (Chicago Film Critics Association) in 1993: ‘This Boy’s Life’ and ‘What’s eating Gilbert Grape?’ and he achieved international fame in 1996: ‘Romeo + Juliet’, but it was in 1998: ‘The Man in the iron Mask’, a film directed by Randall Wallace and based on a novel by Alexander Dumas about the Viscount of Bragelonne when he convinced everybody. Leonardo DiCaprio plays the evil king teen Luis XIV of France and his good twin brother at the same time. He is able to transform his expression and to make credible the two opposite identities. The fantastic co-stars of the film: Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Gabriel Byrne and Gérard Depardieu don’t overshadow him.

Afterwards, he has done great performances (‘The Aviator’, ‘Gangs of New York’, ‘Blood Diamond’ or ‘Shutter Island’) and he is now trying out commercial film.

2nd.- Jack Nickolson

He is a classic actor (‘Chinatown’ or ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’), but we must recognize that his personal power saves any film, even if it is tedious (‘A Few good Men’).

James Franco

James Franco

3rd.- James Franco

We thought it was only a pretty face but in ‘127 hours’ he manages to create a solid character, almost alone.

4th .- Ben Stiller

Life would be much more boring without him.

Gene Hackman

Gene Hackman

5th .- Gene Hackman

Or should he be the first? ‘The French Connection’ ‘Mississippi Burning’ ‘Unforgiven’, ‘Full Moon in Blue Water’, ‘Hoosiers’, ‘Absolute Power’… With him, all goes well.

6th .- Jonny Deep

The combination Jonny Deep and Tim Burton is synonymous with quality.

7th .- Cuba Goody Jr.

Another great actor who has had to interpret the boring film ‘A few good Men’ (not to mention ‘Pearl Harbour’) but he is fantastic in ‘Jerry Maguire’, ‘As good as it gets’, ‘A murder of Crows’ or ‘Zoolander’.

Jason Statham

Jason Statham

8th.- Jason Statham

Our last ‘tough guy’.

9th.- Danny DeVito

Fantastic actor and producer (together with his wife Rhea Perlman, ‘Jersey Films’), always looking for new goals: ‘The Blood Factory.com’

10th.- Danny Trejo

He is the best antagonist or anti-hero but what would we do if all of them were good?
